Welcome to Bali! Upon arrival into Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar), our Airport representatives and your personal transfer guide will be waiting for you at the dedicated Discova Airport Lounge.  The lounge is located approximately 100 metres on your left, after Immigration clearance.  Your transfer driver will escort you to your transfer vehicle and drive you to your hotel.
The day prior to departure, Discova will contact your hotel and reconfirm pick up for your departure flight.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
